UX Scan provides tools including but not limited to:

• Predictive Heatmaps: Anticipate where users will likely focus.
• Contrast & Accessibility Map: Ensure UI elements meet visibility standards.
• Copy & Tone Analysis: Improve clarity, tone, and UX writing.
• Heuristic UX Scoring: Get quick wins and detailed breakdowns.
• AOI (Areas of Interest) Insights and Multi-screen Design Comparisons.

Services may be provided as a web app, browser plugin (e.g., Figma), or integrated with other platforms.

3. Pricing & Credits

All users receive a free trial (limited by credits).

• 1 credit is used for:
• 1 image or URL analysis (up to 3 viewports)
• 1 individual viewport scan
• 1 AI copy suggestion
• 1 multi-screen comparison

Credits can be purchased via subscription plans.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by UX Scan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to process and analyze it for the purposes of providing our Services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UX Scan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
